Caremark (Dacorum & St Albans) have been looking after my mother since November last year and I can honestly say that at the age of 92 she looks better now that she did a year ago. She is looked after by a team of carers who understand the word care. They are absolutely brilliant from the senior management right the way to the carers in the field. They are all prepared to go the extra mile and nothing is to much trouble. Thank you guys, all and every one of you.

Caremark do exactly that - and that is CARE
Being nearly 300 miles away from my dad, it's so reassuring to know, he is being looked after at the highest standard, and just as important, he thinks the world of the team as I do. They are professional, caring and understanding and go above and beyond expectations. We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and the fantastic service they offer. They are an amazing group of people who are absolutely dedicated to their jobs.

We have only used the agency for a few weeks and we are really pleased with the standard of care we have been offered.
My mother is 86 years old and has dementia. Caremark ( Dacorum & St Albans) provide one to one-hour companionship service per week and also additional visits if I go away for some time during the week. I have found the managers and carers to be polite, respectful, helpful and efficient. My mother very much enjoys her companionship visits.

Caremark is a very professional company.
Gemma who is the manager of there Hemel Hempstead office is a very professional person who is kind and caring and has helped my brother In the most caring way and has the time and patience to go further than most people would.
Also her colleague Niomia words cannot Express the caring she has shown.
