This company is the worst. Through neglect and lack of care my partner has ended up in hospital. They left my partner in a really bad way and if I didnt rush back on the day she got rushed into hospital as quickly as I did she could've died. If you want actual support and care I'd stay away from this company and go with someone else. The worst of the worst.

I have been a service user of this service for nearly a year now and I have found them to be very supportive and helpful and I would like to say a big thank you to them especially for the continuity of the same support workers I have had and still have because of this I have managed to build up a good relationship and they have always come back to me even after all the ups and downs over the last year and I would like to say that I would recommend this service to anyone and everyone and I hope to continue with them in the future and I hope that next year is a better year for us all thank you once again
