They misrepresent people (twist) to suit their agenda, cancel appointments at the last minute, when you ring noone is available, others tell me too that they don't turn up for home visits, little coordination between workers, try to ignore complaints, send meds to wrong place, don't inform patients about meds, no patient choice, never apologise even when they prescribe medication to someone that has previously been taken off same medication. Patronising. Manipulative to the point of dishonesty.

If your lost and looking for companionship I am sure this service will be helpful, you will receive an illness/diagnosis, you may not receive knowledge and understanding of your mental health experience. Knowledge is power, power is strength, strength is healing. I would advise self education before asking anyone for help, There is plenty of creditable books out there and so much information online, on psychology, biology and science of the brain, this is somewhere to start. There can be damaging consequences involving the NHS and other co-operations. Stay safe. Self educate.

I was given help from 2019 to early 2023 , I felt the people did the best they could to understand my situation, tried to offer my different solutions and support , can't fault their efforts. Some really caring people working there!

Terrible! They breach confidentiality for no good reason. The don't take complaints seriously and they will put you anti psychotic medication before they even know what's wrong with you or before they can give you a proper diagnosis. They patronise you as if you were born yesterday. Joining this place was the worst thing I EVER DID. If anything they made my mental health worse.

A bi well done to Clemens - explain everything over a period of 30+ mins and he comes back to tell you to call Market Place - mental health for kids! Not sure what was deduced when all was laid out on the table, but another case of the wrong people in the wrong jobs, wasting your time when you need help. Useless.

In the same building as this service is another service called positive pathways and they both belong to community links who help people in the community. If you manage to get a place with these don't let it go they are have a brilliant team of helpers for those with mental health issues.

Absolute shambles of a company.made or son worse by what so called intervention they made.at first dismissed his psychosis even though he had all the traits.after 2 years of fumbled help released him without meds saying he was better.resulting in him melting down and then taking him back prescribing the same meds he was taken off.what they have done now is released him again without any of the tools to survive modern day events.hes locked in the world he started in 3 years ago.shame on this company for giving false help and hope.
