To be frank a complete waste of time. 12 minute session in which I was given some basic exercises to do that I already perform at the gym. WPA offer 5 of these sessions for free on my policy, I wont be bothering.

Absolute waste of time. Most of the time spent ticking boxes. 5 minutes of what could very loosely be called treatment. This was at Benfleet. Had previously seen another therapist in Chelmsford before who was good. As a company they are not consistent in the caliber of therapist they employ. As a company they treat you as a commodity to make money with no concern for your well-being.

The lady at Chelmsford is very pleasant and the environment is satisfactory. However, she is always late, finishes the sessions early and barely seems to put any effort in during the hands on procedure. I've had sessions last as short as 8 minutes and lucky if they ever got to 20.

The therapist was appalling, I was in and out within 19mins, 5mins of that was spent treating my injury 1 handed whilst the other hand was in her pocket! She was late and appeared bored throughout. She gave me no exercises to do until I queried this after she told me I was done for the day. A formal complaint has been made and I will not be going back to her.

So I have just been discharged from my physio. I have to say a massive thank you to my physio Saima, she explained everything really clearly and helped me throughout couldn't of done it without her support!

Very friendly environment, made me feel comfortable in the examination room and very knowledgable with issues surrounding my back I was facing. The app helped tremendously on exercises at home.

Have been attend here for physio for 5 weeks due to a RTA. I didn’t know what to expect at first but the person he knows what she’s doing I would highly recommend the Company and the Physio
