Now that Shazia has been my mother's carer on a regular basis, I would like to pay tribute to her on my mother's behalf. Mum assures me that Shazia is not only a very efficient carer, but is always willing to listen to her trials and tribulations. This is a source of great comfort. Mum hopes that others appreciate Shazia's gifts as much as she does.

Bradford council transferred my disabled husband care package to this agency.
I asked for males and they sent an 18 year old girl & young lads.
Now we have the mature males coming with exception of mature experienced female to accompany the male carer.
My husband has his dignity and doesn't want a young girl tending to him.
The office change the times and do not stick to what we have requested.
Asked the office many times to send weekly rota and they fail to send these through.
The office don't inform you if the carers are delayed.
I've had to rearrange other appointments because the carers have turned up late.
They are struggling to recruit experienced carers, only few are experienced in this field of work
They've had to pull carers from Leeds to cover Bradford area.
Why take on a large contract to cover Bradford when you don't have enough experienced carers

My mother has used this service now for over a year before now moving into a residential home. The carers have been absolutely brilliant with mum, from showering to getting her dressed making teas and meals to social calls and taking her for walks around the park or going to the elderly action with her. Mum said if she could have carers through the night she would have stayed at home using this service they all adored mum and mum likewise adored the carers she had. Mum had 3 visits every day and on 4 days an extra 2 hour social visit. I would highly recommend these because the carers are amazing bunch of people.

Brilliant company the girls were brilliant with my Nan knew how she wanted things got to know her likes and dislikes and she was very fond of the girls as they were caring thank you so much for everything you have all done for my Nan xxx

If I could give a minus for this company I would.
I used this company for my dad on a 6 week assessment period within the first week I was appalled with the lack of experience the carers had,
I work as a healthcare in the nhs and was having to train the carers the basic skills.
By the 3rd week I took to videoing the way they treated my dad, he had no dignity whatsoever, my dad has dementia and he needs time and constant reassurance which neither carer gave, instead talked amongst themselves or on their phone while attending to dads care.
I tried to end the care agency before the 6 week period but couldn’t until a further agency took over.

I could carry on with the appalling way this company works but would take too long. I tried to speak to they manager on 3 occasions but she was never there and never returned my calls.
Dad was missed on a particular day and nobody contacted me untill I realised by checking my camera all this was reported to the commissioners and the manager has basically lied and had answers for the complaints.
I have written evidence which documents everything I also have cctv evidence and also camera evidence from within the house.
So they can deny here say but you cannot deny actual evidence.

So my review is never use this company to look after your loved ones I just pray my dad was lucky to have me to keep an eye but feel for the clients who don’t have a voice

These carers work really hard they put my dad's needs first they get on really well and have a laugh I don't think I would be able to cope without these carers if anything is wrong they call me which I don't mind we all have a good relationship These carers are a blessing ty

Not nice to see discarded gloves that have been used on elderly people! Disgusting and harmful to anybody who comes across them! I've seen staff throwing them away without a care in the world! Shameful sort your staff out!!!
