Answered the phone within a few rings, very pleasant lady answered. Whilst she couldn't help me, as she was just covering the phone, she said she would sent the email to the Autism department for my son and they should reply as soon as they can as she had a long list of emails to send.

The receptionist staff were polite but not very helpful. Even though I had arrived a few minutes late for my appointment, they did not see it necessary to inform the Physio team that I had arrived. The physio team was waiting for me whilst I was sitting in the waiting room for almost half an hour, as they did not know I had arrived. Honestly... some common sense please! If a patient arrives a little bit late, perhaps inform the clinician or team waiting to see the patient? Or simply inform them regardless if the patient is on time or not? Less than 30 seconds to walk to the Physio department and back from reception! There was no need at all to make me wait and it felt like it was deliberate. The phone was not ringing off the hook and it was not busy at all, with only one other patient in the waiting room. Such poor customer service. Excellent physio appointment though, lovely team and very helpful. Thank you.

What's the point of having a phone if no one ever answers it! I've been calling everyday, multiple times a day.

Anyone needing an ADHD diagnosis I recommend using the right to choose and use Psychiatry UK took 6 months for diagnosis.
