My daughter with a significant learning difficulty has been going to this dentist for 20 years up until recently had excellent treatment. We are very vigilant with her teeth as any treatment means a general anaesthetic.We are no longer getting the support from the special dentist service we once enjoyed. I rang in October for her 6 monthly check which we have now to wait until the middle of January. Why prescribe a special toothpaste when they are no longer willing to send a prescription in the post meaning she will have been without her prescribed toothpaste for 3 months.i have to wait until her appointment to pick up her prescription. It’s becoming just like the high street dental service Rubish

My Mum has been seen by Community Nurse Sandy, a community staff member at the Arthur Blackman Clinic, who has been attending to her needs. Sandy is an excellent nurse who has been beneficial in helping my Mum during her painful and challenging bowel prolapse. Thank you Sandy for your wonderful care and ongoing support.

I was so grateful to be able to get an emergency appointment on a Friday evening. All the staff (receptionist, dentist and dental nurse) were very friendly, helpful and professional. I am very nervous with dentists but I felt at ease very quickly. The clinic was clean and parking was easy. Would definitely recommend. Thank you to the team who saw me!

Although I was first in the queue,no one answered in the hour and ten minutes,this is supposed be to an emergency dentist,in the end I had to put the phone down and dose myself up with pain killers ,they should be minus 4 stars,and these people are getting paid to do this 😳

I understand all types of precautions when you as receptionist not allowed to let in different people without an appointment, but all we are can be in very different painful conditions, it may sound embarrassing, but as a person with the coil - I am really struggling from unbearable pain, but still trying to make ends meet by working every day, however, I had the need to get to the toilet, as every time having the need to go, I am in strong pain, waiting for my scan and still working. Lady simply didn't let me in for toilet needs. I hope you will suffer one day as I did and nobody will let you in. (who worked on Saturday 04/02/23).

DO NOT GO HERE they just want your money and that’s it. They gave me a wrong diagnosis ( dislocated jaw) even though it’s not. Provided no pain killers not even an antibiotic. The dentist thinks he is on tv doing dramatic demonstrations on how to pop back in a locked/ dislocated jaw but didn’t actually do it for me even though he claimed that was my diagnosis. All of my friends have had very bad experiences here. DO NOT GO ITS THE WORST PLACE IN THIE COUNTY 16/5/23

Had a really great experience here, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was seen very efficiently and was given some great advice on how to look after my swollen gum.
