Popped in for a headlight bulb to fit on car myself. Quick and efficient service , polite and friendly staff. Only downside side was slightly more expensive than Halfords but it saved me a drive out of my way.

Been coming here for years, even under it's previous name. Staff are excellent, always willing to help and find a solution. Prices miles cheaper than other motor factors and quality is significantly better

Staff are so half soaked it’s unreal. Have called up a few times recently and it’s been the same carry on. It has taken the staff a ridiculously long time to get a price on a part. Was waiting nearly 5 minutes while the chap typed away and talked to other colleagues about separate things, meanwhile I was left hanging on the phone without being acknowledged. After the wait, he came back on the phone just to tell me it wasn’t in stock, to that I asked when he could get it for…another long pause ensued, I just gave up and hung up in the end. Had it priced and ordered in less than 2 mins at euro car parts. Very annoying, especially when you’re busy. Would have got a faster response if I used a carrier pigeon.

All the staff at Rugeley are top for customer service. Only been using for three months but shifting over everything just because I get the service right first time. Thank you!

Handy local car parts store. If it's not on the shelf they can usually get it in for the next day. Could do with on shelf items such as oils and other consumables being priced.

Lady with curly yellow hair, walked in both times very nice Genuine and helpful, first a bulb on a Saturday morning and a wiper when needed it most, may not be the cheapest but definitely not expensive
