Visiting a NEC exhibition, we decided to stay the night before to give us a full day at the show. The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk to the NEC carpark. I was concerned about the potential for noise, given the very close proximity to the airport, but I hardly heard anything. Checkin in was efficient, & our room was adequate. There is a large restaurant but tgey control the timings so the kitchen is not overpowered. Booking in advance is advisable. The menu has a good choice at fair prices and we thoroughly enjoyed our steaks. We had a truly delightful server. All in all, perfectly fine.

Excellent hotel and facilities. Although the rooms look a little dated, they are clean, and the housekeeping staff are very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. The spa facilities are clean, and the staff are friendly and seem to always be running around keeping the place spotless. Would recommend staying here, and we would definitely stay again.

We had a table of 11 in the restaurant for our friends Christmas Lunch. The whole experience was fabulous. The staff were so attentive and really looked after us, and the meal was absolutely perfect. Well presented and delicious. We came last year and will definitely be attending next year!

Great experience. Luxury is a little to far fetched in the title, spa pool was out of order and really wanted to have a good dip in spa this morning. Other than that pleasent service on the bar and reception. Would recommend for a quick stay.

A lovely one night stay after a long day at the NEC. The facilities are great and the rooms are spacious and well laid out. The restaurant was the jewel in the Ardens crown, the staff were amazing, attentive but not over the top, there was a good choice of food and each element of the meal was lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect location for the BP pulse arena. Rooms are a little tired, but very clean and great value compared to other hotels in that area.
If I'm going to another gig at the arena, I wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

New Years Eve.On arrival to reception. Excellent. Room good. Bar staff attentive Excellent. Restaurant table layout and decorations Good. Mains duck ok rest of the menu enjoyable. Restaurant Manager and staff Excellent. DJ Excellent. Breakfast Excellent. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.Look forward to next year.

Stay here for one night leaving the car here as we had a short break from Birmingham airport We were checked in by a young lady named molly. I can’t thank her enough for she was ultra friendly,knowledgeable & extremely professional. She helped with quite a few queries we had such as hotel facilities & things to do in the area locally such as restaurants etc. she also made sure we had the correct family room|She was then joined by a member of the management team called James / Jamie He was fantastic too. So friendly and professional. It is this sort of staff member who made this short stay a pleasure |My young grandson loved using the pool for a couple of hours After we had a drink in the bar and also too in the football in a massive tv lounge | Thank you once again Arden Definitely value for money especially if looking for parking & fly ||Thank you Molly & James your a couple of stars !!!!!
