It’s been a long time but Carolyn recently helped my friend who I referred to her. I was diagnosed 8 years ago with intolerance to yeast and dairy. I was at my wits end when I visited Carolyn. I had a test a month ago and found I had a high intolerance to dairy. I decided to stop my dairy intake immediately and for a week, I was quite unwell with headaches and lethargy. After googling, withdrawing is a thing!! A month on…..I feel fab. No more pain, no more constipation and my health/skin feels the best it’s felt! A simple test that changed my life. I seen Carol quite some years ago and was just sharing her details with a friend so thought I’d leave a review .
Carol identified I was yeast intolerant and her advice hope me massively .
I read that a review below about how a ladies husband who said Carol missed coeliac . Can I just say carol offers testing for intolerances and coeliac is an autoimmune disease which is diagnosed via a blood test with a doctor and also a endoscopy .

Following visits to the Doctors and hospital over a 6 month period, no one could identify what was causing the medical issues were with my son. Just by chance someone mentioned food intolerances and suggested Arden Grove. Carolyn identified he was massively dairy intolerant as well as réactions to cocoa beans. So the glass of milk and chocolate biscuit before bed hadn’t been a good idea! As soon as we changed his diet the glue ear and regurgitation issues disappeared and he felt hugely better. I cannot recommend Arden Grove Clinic highly enough.

My husband went for a test with this woman, came back saying he’s intolerant to oranges, tomatoes and dairy. Didn’t even pick up the fact he has a coeliac intolerance. Waste of money - don’t think she’s qualified to be giving this information. The pack of information literally was so generic and was typed up on Microsoft Word in huge font. Waste of paper too.

I went here in may 2020 I was told I was dairy intolerant along with a few other things I cut out dairy to the extent I was told by the lady this has caused me lots of medical problems so I went to the doctors and have been tested by the NHS for intolerances and I have a slight intolerance to wheat but nothing to do with dairy or even rice lentils or anything else I was told.
I am really disappointed about this and I paid alot of money and it is wrong
