Archway are the best dentist I've ever been to. Having had some really bad experiences over the years, these were recommended for their empathetic approach to customers. Having had treatment recently, I can say this is 100% true. Absolutely brilliant service and care. Ewan and Alex especially, you have completely changed my perception of what a dentist should be.

Decided to switch dental practises after I was previously unhappy with the level of service. My wife recommended Archway Dental so registered my interest on the website. Received a call next morning to discuss any specific issues I wanted address and to book a time. Costings were explained upfront and I paid over the phone. On the day I was seen by Holly who put me at my ease and talked me through my options in a clear and concise manner. On the current evidence and that of my wife I would definitely recommend Archway Dental for anyone looking for a dentist or thinking about making a switch.

I'm a new patient at Archway and have had dental sessions at Callington (three times) and Saltash (twice). The experience has, so far, been excellent - I'm pleased that I switched from another practise. Three more appointments to go - I expect to be poorer but happier by Christmas.

I have been a patient at Well Street for many years and the service has always been great. My latest appointment was positive and the girls very efficient and friendly. I usually see Deonne and she is great even though I am not a fan of visiting the dentist, she makes it almost a pleasure (almost).

If you are having difficulty finding a dentist in the area I would highly recommend Archway.
I struggled to find a dentist taking on new patients and luckily I found Archway.
I have not visited a dentist in some time and explained before hand that I was a nervous patient. I was treated very kindly and everything was explained clearly by Choe.I now feel more positive about about returning for further treatment.

Lovely chilled visit back to my original dentist at the Archway surgery today. I have been going there for 30 years plus, but it is nice to see it has been re vamped under the new owners.

Chloe my dentist was lovely as always and Deon the hygienist was equally nice and all is good for another 6 months 🙂
