I had to walk out due to the poor reception I received from the staff. I waited for 10 minutes, and when one of the desk staff was finally available, she looked up with a distant expression. Instead of assisting me, she pointed to a colleague who was clearly busy and told me to go to him. When I approached that colleague, I was asked to wait while the person behind me received service. I was repeatedly told to go to another colleague, even though the sign clearly stated to wait until called. I waited patiently, but I felt ignored.

I don’t understand the disconnect among the desk team. I came here because I had been exposed to someone who is HIV positive, and now I have to find another clinic that is open and willing to help me, as this one did not seem to want to provide the necessary assistance.

JASMINE and SIMON were extremely sarcastic and rude, disgusting attitude and really not helpful. Me and my friend came under 25 and they were not understanding that we may be nervous about possible pregnancy and sexual health. Jasmine said “hurry up we’re closing” and Simon said “we ain’t got a home to go to aswell”, instead of kindly reminding us of the closing time and letting us know it was not possible to be seen today, everything JASMINE done she rolled her eyes and made sarcastic comments while speaking on the phone, then proceeded to question and almost interrogate us as to why we didn’t come earlier. When inquiring why a urine sample was necessary she asked why I was here today and then just repeated again I needed to do it without explaining why. I urgently suggest they receive further training on how to be more friendly as this is not very inviting for young ladies trying to take responsibility for their sexual health. What a disgusting attitude to carry at their place of employment given the fact that their profession occasionally involves extremely vulnerable and sensitive situations. staff made us feel extremely embarrassed with their little comments. Honestly suggest anyone thinking to come here to find another clinic. I for sure will not be attending here again.

I was seen yesterday morning by a nurse but I can't remember her name. But she was tall, with a long grey knit dress. Just want to say how lovely she was. She made me feel very comfortable and was really chatty and friendly. Made such an awkward situation seem like a breeze. Also, other clinics I have visited have me sitting there forever, but I was seen quickly and my appointment didn't last more than 10mins. Hopefully I won't have to come back here, but if I ever need such tests again, I will definitely come back.

today I visited the clinic with pain I showed the reception a positive chlamydia test and they didn't accept me because I didn't have an appointment and they sent me back ,,the girl at the reception was young with long hair I begged her three times and said Please I'm in a lot of pain please accept me give me some medication she like you categorically refused she said sorry!!still can't believe what happened to me today,!

Great experience from reception lady to the nurse who attended me whose name I believe was Amanda as I had a coil removed. I was nervous and was made to feel very comfortable and the process was unexpectedly painless so can’t be happier overall!
I had to wait over 30 min to get through to an operator when I initially booked and now I understand this is due to high demand for contraception services and not so many clinics out there anymore.
