Very bad service. Reception team are the worse, no customer service at all. They have very bad communication within their own team such as practitioner, and then they will blame you for everything. They will treat you with such a bad attitude because for them you are just nobody.

Absolutely disgusting service. You ask help from them and you get nothing. I spend hours on the phone to answer their questions and so on to get the right support in place. Lady who was dealing with me said to me clear as day that she will call me back in 2 weeks time to follow up. I agreed. I received phone call from random dude clearly working in that place almost 3 month later. I could be dead. In their records they stated that my case was closed due me not being involved enough. Could you please explain how is this my fault when it was said I will call you…. Further more no contact numbers were given to me. I feel this service has let me down big time and has put my life in danger. Try to avoid!!!! This place dose not care about you. You are just a number.

I've been going to Old Bank House before they changed their Company name to ARCH on and off for the past 11 years and they've always offered Help & Support to everyone who seeked it, but i was young back then and can honestly say, i didn't engage the way i should of. As ive got older and wiser i now can see that all the Help & Support is there and everywhere for recovering addicts, if you want to STOP or get HELP you will get it. Put 100% ang get 100% back and i wish i didnt waste so many years to realise this now. SMH.
