James is a really personable person and has helped me so many times with sports injuries. His innovative approach to rehab even amazed a Private ‘Foot and Ankle Specialist’ Consultant a year ago after I ruptured my Achilles! The consultant couldn’t believe the research James put together and the speed at which my rehab progressed, I was the fastest ever person, to that point, that the consultant had ever signed off post-op and that was all down to James.

I would highly recommend James and Ash at Arc, I’m fact I already have done, loads of times, and I have never had anyone disappointed.

I've been seeing James at ARC Physio for over 5 years now. I've had back issues all my life with having a manual job and with doing Judo, playing Rugby. I can always rely on ARC to put me back together. James is a wealth of knowledge, not only with his treatment but the exercise plans he sets to help aid recovery. They really have kept me doing the sports I love and in work. I can't Thank them enough.

Having had a rotator cuff issue on and off for the last few years I was struggling to find a physio who could help me recover for the long term. After seeing James for one session he gave me specific exercises to work on daily as well as advice on what would also help in terms of lifting in the gym.l without causing further damage. After just a few weeks, my shoulder is nearly 100% recovered and I’m amazed at the results. I can’t thank it recommend James highly enough and will certainly be using his practice and expertise again.
