This clinic is outstanding!!! The customer service they provide goes above and beyond. Stella, the doctor I had the pleasure of speaking with, was so kind and compassionate. She really made me feel comfortable and made the process a breeze. It was also a huge plus in my opinion that the appointment is done virtually, it felt safe to be able to talk about such touchy subjects from the comfort of my home, not to mention the obvious convenience.

I found this clinic in my search to obtain an ESA letter without having medical insurance and I chose to proceed based on the reviews. They did not disappoint! I struggle with anxiety, depression, and insomnia as a side effect of persistent asthma. Being able to have my dog by my side means a lot to me and significantly reduces my discomfort. The only issue I've had is finding housing here in Miami as a result of my companion, especially in the current housing market, its become nearly impossible. In addition, my health insurance recently expired and unfortunately I will not be able to reinstate it for a while due to the financial burdens of moving, as a result medication and therapy will be out of the question. Thankfully, this ESA letter granted to me by Stella and ARC has been the best and most reliable solution for these issues in my life and I am eternally grateful for their services.

I got my Emotional Support Animal Letter (ESA Letter) from them a couple of weeks ago. The service was superb, I was on a hurry to get it since I had a flight on that same week and I needed to take my dog with me. The staff was 100% understanding and was able to provide amazing service. I learned about them from a friend that goes there for counseling and she had always spoken wonders about them, now I can see why. It is refreshing to find places like these in Miami. Thank you!!
