Booked a flu vaccine, turned up to be told they have run out and no idea when they'll get any back in. Apparently they couldn't be arsed to let anyone know about this and won't do anything to prevent people from booking. Don't bother booking in here!

One of the rudest members of staff I have come across (the lady serving not the pharmacist) Absolutely zero customer service skills. Which is a shame for someone working in the health sector, where they are most likely to be dealing with unwell people. Manners and kindness don’t cost anything.

Awful place with rude staff! open when and as they please and make you wait for the pharmacist who pops out but they have no knowledge of when he will be back?! So it’s a guessing game as to whether or not you will get what you went to pick up! The altitude of the staff is awful too!

It just gets worse and worse! Turned up to collect preordered prescription medication to be told pharmacy closed. It was 13.19! There’s no pharmacist so can’t give me the order that is waiting for me to collect (of which I received the text message this morning!). They send orders back if not collected and can’t deliver a service at any time of the week.
Playing with peoples health isn’t funny nor clever.
They stand chatting at the back when there’s queues of people, failure to pay attention.

I arrived for a travel vaccination appointment, only to be told that the pharmacy isn't open because the pharmacist hadn't arrived. They didn't call me to reschedule, or give me advance warning, just said that they would call me if the pharmacist shows up. Wasted journey.

Advertising being open on Easter Sunday until 2pm. Only pharmacy in Ipswich. Turned up at 13:30, people inside, staff mouthing through the door "we're closed". Refused to come to the door. Even says open until 2pm on the door. Terrible customer service.

This place isn't very pleasant at the moment, which is a shame because it used to be good.

The vaccine staff on the street can be pretty rude, more than once I've felt like they were ordering me around and telling me what to do, despite me not being there for a vaccine. The regular pharmacy staff then seem inconvenienced and unhappy to see you, like you're too much trouble.

Bottom line, I no longer feel comfortable or welcome in this place and am now sending my prescriptions elsewhere.
