My Mother booked in to Apsley house for 2 weeks at over 2000 GBP but only stayed for 8 days as she was unhappy with how she was treated, especially by night staff. She wanted to come home after the first night but as we were away we could not collect her, but when we did collect her she was very upset for a week afterwards.
