I chose Apex’s FREC 4 course after searching around. After compIeting it I would recommend them to anybody who is looking to do the course. The training staff were friendly and their subject knowledge was outstanding. The training facilities were fantastic. The course ran smoothly and after completion of the week, the support completing the workbooks was excellent!

I attended the FREC level 3 course run by John, Jim and Vicky. All 3 of the course leaders were highly knowledgeable and supportive throughout the course. All of my teaching was to an excellent standard, with support materials used and all questions answered in a very detailed yet relaxed manner. The course was very practical with lots of varied and some complex scenarios that enabled constant practice of the skills that we learned. This is without doubt the best First Aid/First Responder course I've been on and I've been on a few. Predominately practical in nature with a minimum of power point the trainers where engaging and really helped us gain a deeper understanding of the physiology behind our actions. I will be using Apex in the future for all of my teams training needs.
