Went in for manual ear wax removal service with Emran. Great service, absolutely no discomfort and complete relief to have my hearing back! He even fitted me in on a Sunday last minute which was very much appreciated.

Arrived on time and was taken straight away . The doctor was very informative and courteous . The procedure lasted 15 minutes with the wax ball the size of my finger nail removed without any problems . An excellent service and value for money

Went in today to have my ears checked because i have been experiencing itchy and sore left ear , to find out my left is was full and blocked …. dr emran noor advised to use otex for a week to see if that helps and if gets worse or no different to book in . Dr noor was so friendly and helpful, explained everything with me and made me feel comfortable. Fantastic man and high recommendation him and his team

Went in for ear to be released of wax as drops didn’t work this time , got an appointment next day and was glad did , such a pleasant dr and had a follow up appointment week later with drops given inbetween to release what was left .
Would definitely go back and use them again if needed I would highly recommend
