If I talk about the training day, it went really well because AGOSTINA the trainer was excellent. She explained everything to us very well and in such a great way that we didn’t have any doubts left; everything was clear. Whenever we started feeling bored, they would make it a bit entertaining and then explain things, which kept us engaged. She used to speak very politely lovingly, and her colleagues(joe) also, I think, helped a lot.
