Dr. Jaffari has been absolutely wonderful with my 2-year-old son. We visited for his first check-up, and the doctor was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making every effort to adapt to my son's needs and comfort level. The experience was positive from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we received. We’re thrilled to have found such a great doctor and will definitely continue coming here! Ohh -- and he received some animated stickers too 🙂

I recently made a complaint about how rude and unprofessional the reception staff are, and after reading other reviews I'm glad that I'm not the only one that has experienced this. They are miserable, unhelpful, unsympathetic and just don't seem to care. But unfortunately for us service users they seem to be protected by management staff so I guess patients will just have to put it with it. Its a Shame really because the dentists & nurses are quite good at this practice. Oh well....let's just hope that the receptionist can learn to be a bit more professional & overcome basic language barriers. Good luck everyone 🤞🏼

Had my first procedures done at Anna House this week and I honestly had a great experience. The receptionists were very friendly, short waiting times and Dr Many was extremely polite and professional. If you are new there I highly recommend that you request him as he was a pleasure to deal! 5*

UNSAFE & DANGEROUS. On Feb 26th I went to this dentist as I had a wisdom tooth infection. After barely looking at my tooth Dr Jaffari said he needs to remove all of my wisdom teeth (one for today), pushing me to sign documents and pay £410 with no clear explanation. Nothing felt right so I left and called for an emergency NHS appointment. At Alexander Palace dental surgery they were horrified when I told them what Jaffari told me as I did not need the tooth removing. All I needed was for the tooth to be shaved down. Most importantly, they prescribed antibiotics for the infection. The infection wasn’t even acknowledged by Dr Jaffari which could have led to a dangerous procedure.

Dr Jaffari and Julia were very pleasant.

I found Dr Jaffari was very professional, detailed and precise. I had to visit the Dental Clinic on two occasions within a space of two weeks for Dr Jaffari to carry out a lot of work on my teeth including a filling. He took before and after pictures of my teeth and outlined the work he carried out.

In addition he explained thoroughly what I need to do to maintain my teeth moving forward and gave a lot of advice.

Julia was also very warm and pleasant and made me feel comfortable. I have used this Dental Clinic for many years now. Highly recommend - thank you once again!

kind, friendly and professional - managed to make a next day appointment and they explain all the treatment with you and show pictures etc which is a big help for people nervous around the dentist. really great service!
