My experience of the practice has always been fairly good. I wanted to point out that a happy, friendly and approachable receptionist makes a huge difference to how you feel when you visit the practice. The receptionist, Daisy always has a smile, and really does her best to get things sorted for you and make you feel welcome. She never makes you feel like you are being a burden, which I have experienced with other receptionists at the practice. Thank you Daisy for your kindness ☺️

I would just like to give praise where praise is due. I want to thank Rachel the lovely receptionist ,who was very caring & sincere on the phone when I've phoned up the last few times she has always gone above and beyond to get any issues sorted or any urgent prescriptions for me. I have been very unwell over the last few months and it's things like this that help me feel that little bit better knowing that there is someone on the end of the phone that genuinely cares. So thankyou Rachel I hope your boss sees this!

I had to go to the surgery yesterday after days of being in agony and prescribed a nasal spray last week by the doctor which was a phone call consultation, I contacted 111 online Friday they got back to me on Monday adviced me to call my doctors again in case they could not get back to me quickly, so I did the receptionist I think it was who I spoke to said well it sounds like the spray is working, and sorry no appointments available for that day, I then did an eConsult online Wednesday and saw Charlotte who was absolutely brilliant and got the medication I needed and today I feel a little more better than I did.

have used andover health centre almost all my life and they have never let me down. i called this morning as i believed i needed antibiotics, and the receptionist was so caring and reassuring. i wasn't holding out on getting a call back too quickly at all but within 20 minutes my regular doctor had called me and put in a prescription for me, so grateful!

Wouldn’t go to this surgery . Doctors are so rude especially Sister frazer ( who isn’t even a doctor ) and the practise manager has disgusting behaviour . Raised a complaint and she took 6 months to respond and deleted parts of the call out with myself and another doctor. Reception team are nice but that’s it

Feeling really bad when I heard my aunt who has a language problem she speaks not that fluently but understands and does speak little was treated with no respect when the doctor has sent her messages that her prescription will be left in the reception. When she approached me for help I told her to present in reception and ask the staff in-fact show the message sent by doctor so the staff will know what she actually need. But she was told to book gp appointment. The day after I called in practice in regards to my aunt situation the nurse apologised which is good and asked to obtain consent from my aunt to discuss her health problem with me. As me being a health professional I understand it is very critical and should have a consent so As told by the nurse I asked my aunt to present in the practice and give a consent for it. She went but she was asked why and what-for as I told her to say that she wanted to speak with specific name staff but she wasn't cared and responded respectfully. Feel so bad staff are not really taken care of people who have a problem when they are meant to be listened to people and their problem and need. if anyone has a language problem they should have organise interpreter and I even asked them if they have interpreter and they said they do have but not given this service when presented if they donot have this service why do they say that they have. I have been trying to help her from phone and trying to make her understand which I dont mind but later on hearing that staff are not listening to her really breaks my heart.

today I had an appointment in the charity center, where I had an unpleasant surprise, after half an hour of waiting I was told that I had to reschedule the visit. the other day. I mention that there were only 2 people (English) in the waiting room, this is the gratitude after 5 payment of fees to the system and they requested me for this control
