This care home is an amazing place full of amazing dedicated staff.
They looked after my mum for nearly two years and they ALL did a wonderful job.
Mum was so happy here and as a family , we cannot praise every staff member enough .
From the managers to the cleaning staff , they all looked after mum so well .
Sadly mum passed away recently and it was so touching that ALL the staff gave my mum a guard of honour as she left Nelson Lodgefor the last time.
