Unfortunately I have needed to use the Practice a few times recently and have been attended to quickly by staff using AskmyGP. My query is either dealt with over the phone or in person. I hope they continue using the service from now on - it is a lot easier and I appreciate getting seen by a GP quickly as I know how busy they are.

I joined ancaster surgery over a year ago and they are all lovely. Very efficient. Sympathetic and kind. I have nothing negative to say. The staff on reception are so important to the start when it comes to asking for help and they are just super nice. Well done all. You deserve 5 stars and more. Thank you

Attended here yesterday for routine visit. However the whole experience was best described as farcical. After being left to wait in the reception for more than 40 minutes after my consultation I then was given the run around by the pharmacy who frankly didn't have a clue. There were more staff behind the counter than there were patients and still chaos ruled. Other customers were waiting for items that had been misplaced and as for myself not only did the doctor forget I was there so did the pharmacy 1 hour 20 mins later I was pleased to leave. Absolute joke no doubt they'll blame the pressures of covid.

Really disappointed that my partner recieved an email just before Christmas stating that they were needed for further indepth tests without any explanation. When we called the the receptionist was not helpful or sympathetic to our needs and the Dr was not availible to talk. This demonstrates a complete lack of emotional intelligence and patient care. Very poor!

Never had anything other than excellent service from the staff and doctors at this surgery. We consider ourselves very lucky to be in their catchment area.

One of the best medical practices around. All staff are wonderful, from the receptionists and GPs/nurses to the managers. High quality of care and professionalism is what you'll find at Ancaster surgery
