It has been a pleasure working with Leah Hanson over the past two months to rehabilitate a lower back injury sustained at the gym.

Leah quickly identified the issue and provided a comprehensive plan of exercises, stretches, and treatments to support both the acute phase of my injury and long-term recovery, while also focusing on future injury prevention. Her treatment has been highly effective, and I am recovering well.

Had a left shoulder/upper arm problem for a few weeks, struggled with sleep and some resistance training. Stefanie a specialist at Anatomie Harrow, massaged carefully gradually releasing the muscles in the whole area. Finally got a great night sleep, and then my morning workout could not feel any significant issues at all, maybe a bit tender for a day whilst the muscles further recover. I will be returning for regular treatment as the benefits are clear to prevent long term pain and injury. Preventation is better than the cure!

As an active squash player, and a regular visitor to Anatomie, the physiotherapists have all been excellent.

I had a knee injury which was serious along with a previous tendinopathy from playing football that needed steroid injections every few years, I thought that my playing days might be over.

Leah saw me for first time, and she correctly diagnosed a meniscus tear, and it was operated on.

After the operation Leah worked on a combination of massage, acupuncture and shockwave therapy and a structured program of exercises, she was consultative throughout and was able to identify the areas to work on accurately with the appropriate treatment this resulted in a full recovery and a return to playing squash avoiding a steroid injection.

Leah you were professional throughout and the results exceptional, thank you for looking after me.

My treatment at anatomie physio in the last few months by Leah has proved very successful. Leah is knowledgeable, patient and a soothing therapist. She is an excellent physiotherapist and she has thorough diagnostic knowledge. She remembers key information from our conversations, proving her to be a great listener! Her approach is calm and peaceful which has helped me to feel comfortable in her care.
My pain was excruciating when I first started my therapy but over the last 2 months, with Leah's exercise advice and treatments, I am in much better health.
