We would like to say a massive thank you for all the help and support our mother Hilary received from the incredible carers. They were extremely kind, considerate, sensitive and professional at a very difficult time. We greatly appreciated their help and support during the last days of our dear Mum's life.
A special thank you to Julie, Claire, Kyrie, Ajay, Mel, Gladys, Tish, Louise and the others who's names I didn't make a note of.
You have all been truly amazing.

There are people in care that do an amazing job and there are people who work for AMG. There must be some at AMG that are ok, hopefully. The ones we have seen, have all got a middle name of CANT DO THAT. They didn’t care for my wife and did the least “work” possible. Shocking. This is endorsed by the council. Had to get private carers involved!

My mother was allocated AMG carers on discharge from hospital by social services under the covid discharge plan and we had to self fund for a further 2 weeks until we found more suitable carers. Whilst I don’t doubt their experience and level of training, they would sometimes only attend for a short period of time instead of the hour being funded, my mum would be aware they were ‘busy’ and felt rushed and became more agitated and panicky, as a result. I don’t believe they got to know mum and their communication was very poor, we would contact the office or on call to let them know something but the messages never filtered through to the attending carers, in addition I never saw a care plan or had any feedback unless we were there at the time. We were looking for a care home as mum seemed to be deteriorating rather than improving. She now has carers who are taking time to get to know her, they don’t rush her and she is now much more settled, relaxed and happy.

When my nan first had this company a few years ago from hospital discharge they were amazing and tried to get to know her, tidied up after themselves etc. She has them again from a hospital discharge waiting for another care package to be put into place. OMG! What happened? Some carers are lovely but don't clean up after themselves they are rushed etc There are a couple are so arrogant its unbelievable. They leave mess everywhere trample all over wires at the side of her bed so things don't work, they are very rushed not even there for 10 minutes, thank god they are only temporary. We've had problems with this company since she's been back out. The company might be for carers but the ones we get are not what I would call carers. Give ur elderly customers some respect and look after them like your suppose to instead of acting like you don't want to do the job.

I would like to say a big thank you to all the Carer's who attend to my Husband David in his last few weeks of life. He wasn't always the easiest or the most patient. Didn't want to be messed about as he called it. Although he did have his favourite Carer's and looked

forward to them coming. Lots of banter between them. They always asked if I was okay did I need anything bringing in.

I would like to record my own and my immediate family's gratitude for the care given to my wife Marie over the past few months of her life . Marie had in incurable brain cancer diagnosed in November and only days after our return from an enjoyable holiday in Ibiza . As you can imagine we found the diagnosis and subsequent prognosis extremely traumatic and difficult to come to terms with .
From the day Marie returned home, just before Christmas, after her hospital treatment and on a 'Fast track' care programme we were attended four times a day by two of your team . We asked what AMG stood for and they jokingly said amazing , they were right . Over the ensuing weeks they were almost like members of the family . They were caring ,empathetic ,knowledgeable , courteous and good humoured always with a smile to lift our and more importantly Marie's spirits and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Thank you AMG , Kay, Helen ,Kerry and Lesley you truly are AMAZING !

Marie, Luke and his sisters were brilliant looking after my late father Raymond Johnson. thanks guys, i will never forget your dedication and commitment to big ray in what turned out to be the last two weeks of his 93 years, god bless and thank you AMG.

My husband came home on palliative care after having 2 strokes and a heart attack. He was blind, couldn't speak and was paralyzed down the right hand side. Towards the end he was in a lot of pain from bedsores.
He was at home for 8 weeks before passing away and I can honestly say without the carers from AMG I would not have been able to cope. They were absolutely marvellous with my husband and supported me throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
