Tried to get through to the dermatology department, and for love nor money, couldn't get through to anyone, just redirected to the voicemail service? I even tried reception and nothing for 35 minutes of waiting! No queue number, just endless ringing. The whole reason I was calling was because no one had told me the time of my appointment, ergo, I couldn't make the appointment and now have to wait months for another one. Not inpressed

Cannot get through to dermatology out patients. You ring and are left waiting indefinitely. You leave messages and no one replies. Have now gone past the wait we should expect for an urgent referral. Tried getting in touch with PALS but again no response to messages left.
Really frustrated at inability to get through to anyone.

Over the past 15 months my husband has attended the Dermatology Department as an outpatient and has had minor surgery on three occasions. All of the staff that we’ve had contact with have without exception been professional, friendly and caring. A credit to the NHS.

Just been up to have a blood test, it's been moved to a lovely new area, and entrance is now to the left at the top car park, follow the red lines! The staff in there are so lovely, quick tip, if you want a quicker online appointment keep checking as cancellations often come up.
Cannot stress how lovely the phlebotomists are tho ?

Excellent care, kindness and expertise today. What you’d hope to receive at a 5 star private clinic, but better. Thank you.

The physiotherapy department is excellent. From the warm and professional receptionist to the expert physiotherapists, especially Kirsty, the care, support and therapy I have received these past few months has been second to none.

Parking can be an issue, always allow atleast 20-30 minutes extra time to locate parking.
On several occasions car park at rear was full and on-street parking was also full.
Had to wait 10-20 minutes to find someone leaving and then park.

The hospital was like a rabbit Warren, it was very confusing to find the correct department when we arrived. Also on the day we went the parking meter was not working but we were not told this. It meant a lot of people were buzzing the attendant to be told the same thing. If you do visit however go to the pizza cart there. It’s authentic to Italy and made by a very nice man from Naples. He was so kind and we chatted while he made the pizza for us.
