Great leisure centre.

If you sign up for a single month it costs £40 one off. That covers you for the sauna/steam room pool and gym.

Gym is fairly big and has all the basics. There’s 3 treadmills, dumbbells weights etc.

All you need for a basic workout.

The pool is quite busy so there is that downside as it isn’t huge but it is what it is.

All in all this is good value. There is another gym in amble however they do not have showers/pool or any of those extras that you get here for the exact same money.

Great swimming pool for a birthday party. Be aware that any child under the age of 8 years needs an adult in the pool (2 children or adult) but so much fun with the large foam floats. Lots of other facilities including two outdoor play parks, sitting different age groups.

Lovely, Friendly and Clean, My Sister was here swimming with My Nephew and Grandson, then we played in the two parks, My Grandson and Nephew had a great time, indoors and outdoors have always been Immaculate when we have been, we are often here and always have a lovely time

I attended the pool with my two very excited children only to be advised that I would NOT be able to take them in to enjoy the pool as apparently one parent is now deemed unable to safely look after their two children while at the ages of 3 and 6 years old. Both children have full float suits and extra arm bands for my 3 year old daughter, in addition my 6 year old son is also an independent swimmer. However, these safety efforts I was told were not enough. I find it very strange that this rule now exists as I have managed independently to monitor both children and ensure their safety and wellbeing at this facility since they were born. Furthermore, as a single parent (with no immediate family living close by) I feel stigmatised and frustrated that I now have to travel 8 - 10 miles away to either Alnwick or Ashington where as with all other local facilities this new rule has not come in to force, for myself and my children to enjoy a play/swim in a pool. What a rubbish service this has turned in to for local parents in Amble. Even the staff seemed embarrassed when explaining this rule and could not give me a good reason why it exists, only that it must have been a shareholders decision, great!
