I have been seeing Amanda now for just over 12 months on and off and from the first day I met her she put me at ease. Her wealth of knowledge and expertise means I have immense trust in the treatment she provides. I am currently undergoing EMDR treatment for my anxiety disorder and have no doubt that Amanda will get me back on the right path. The treatment she provides is in a very relaxed, calming environment. She is flexible with appointments and will always try to fit you in for extra appointments if necessary. The money I pay for her sessions is money very well spent to help maintain a balance in relation to my mental health x

I had therapy with Amanda last year after suffering with anxiety and being unable to get on a plane for 17 years. I wanted to be able travel and see more of the world. Amanda helped me get to the bottom of my anxieties and I was able to get on a plane in February to Dublin. To celebrate 2 of my beautiful friends 40ths. I would highly recommend Amanda for therapy gor phobias and anxiety. I am forever grateful for Amanda ❤️ xx

Amanda helped me through a difficult time, I had never tried therapy before so I was apprehensive at first, however she put me at ease immediately. Amanda offers a warm and friendly atmosphere and I felt very comfortable talking about my worries and concerns. After a few weeks of seeing Amanda and her using her skills of eye movement therapy and her extensive counselling knowledge she helped me see the root of my issues and allowed me to deal with them in the best way possible for me.
I highly recommend Amanda and will always be so grateful for all she has done for me.

I had my personal issues and met amanda through a local mens mental health organisation, i can honestly say she ihass helped me no end with all my problems and i can now also deal with things much better than I thought was possible, absolutely amazing Councillor and i would highly recommend to anyone who needs help.
