I have been a client of Altogether Care for just a few weeks now, and I have been blown away by the high standard of care I’ve received, and how genuinely wonderful the staff really are. I was very reluctant to go back to a care agency, having previously been with another local agency who were the absolute worst and then moved to using self-employed carers, but I’m so glad I gave them a chance, and hope to continue receiving care from them for a long time.
Their staff can not do enough for you to ensure your needs are met and that they are being respectful, non-judgemental and client-led at all times. Can not praise them highly enough.
