Alternative Care, thankfully accepted the package of Care, and have shown true professionalism, in such a short time.

To say that the family are so very pleased to have this caring company on board is an understatement. The dedication is commendable, it has to be said.

Thank you so, so much for actually caring. I know it’s in the name, but experience tells us as a family, that so many companies with the name Care, simply do not care at all. A real genuine company with real genuine people.

A breath of fresh air in these strange times we are all living in right now.

One or two carer's are excellent, caring, respectful and professional,however many others lack "carer skills"and leave a lot to be desired... training in customer care is needed or go work in a supermarket check out!!!! Fill in so called "supervisor's" are poorly trained and manager's are just as bad,,they struggle in staff rota systems,and have no control over their staff...poor customer communication causes distress to clients......the whole system needs a good kick up the pants...and that means starting at the "top",,,,,,, consider other carer companies before choosing Alternative care.,there are many other carer companies offering better service... if you respect your love ones choose very carefully....(or you may come to regret it).........
