The care staff that I have met so far have been amazing with my dad they really do go above and beyond for him.
During his hospital admission he become very depressed and since being home and having the carer's come in he is honestly a different man no longer depressed very talkative and he always looks forward to their calls. He has even made progress and come out of bed on several occasions.
They have all been very professional and helpful they really are lovely girls couldn't ask for better.

I can not recommend Ravi from Alpine care enough. She was my mums carer for the last 6 months before my mum lost her battle to cancer.

Ravi developed a wonderful relationship with my mum and our family. She spoke to my mum with kindness and respect. She communicated well with us as a family.

Not only did Ravi perform her duties exceptionally well, she went above and beyond to enable my mum to maintain her dignity and independence throughout the last 6 months. Ravi struck the balance of professionalism and humanity so well - we would recommend her time and time again.

I would like to highly recommend Alpine Care. The two carers that regularly come to our home Amritpal Sidhu and Manjot Kaur have been providing care for my father for several weeks now and are doing an incredible job. They are always so kind, friendly and caring with my father and do their job to the highest standard. They are very experienced and highly trained and are always willing to go that extra mile for us. They have developed a wonderful relationship with my father and the rest of the family and it is always a joy to have them in our home. I would like to express my thanks to Amritpal and Manjot for the exemplary job they do and for all the help they have given to my father.

Alpine Care are excellent.
Their two carers, Anmolakdeep and Sangeeta, have visited my mother four times every day since she was discharged from hospital to home two weeks ago. They are very helpful, very friendly, and very kind. It is a real pleasure to have them visit each day. We cannot praise them highly enough.

Sobia and Ravinder have been caring for Mom for the last 2 weeks. They have been an absolute Godsend. Mom is a very private person and they have tended to her gently with great respect and kindness protecting her dignity at all times. Although mom is non responsive they have explained what they are going to do before they touch her. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you ladies, you are both wonderful and extremely dedicated. We had a terrible experience with a different home care team so was very sceptical. We got assigned a carer called Hansa and as soon as we met, we knew she was perfect for the job.

She is amazing and nothing is too much trouble. She makes time to get to know the client and is very professional.
My family member was very reluctant to have care at home but now he enjoys her visits. She completely changed our opinion of carers at home and would absolutely recommend to family and friends if they ever needed this service.

I would highly recommend Alpine care services for the exceptional in home care services. The staff Hansa and Adel in particular were very professional and attentive to my mother’s needs. They were amazing towards mum and kept her happy at very visit. My mother used to look forward for these 2 particular staff bless them. The care administrative team was also helpful and responsive.
