Excellent!! I have absolutely loved my year with Aloha Tri! Rav has been incredible in helping me train for and finish my first IRONMAN! His knowledge and expertise is so useful in training sessions, workout loads, technique and race day strategy! Highly recommend to anybody who wants to get involved in triathlon or take their triathlon distance and performance to the next level!

The coaching session with Rav was extremely helpful, being completely new to open water swimming and very anxious. He gave me lots of good advice and stayed with me which meant I felt safe at all times. By the end of the session I was much more relaxed and able to swim on my own. I've been training with Aloha for 18 months or so now and Rav's guidance has seen me take three hours of my Ironman time with significant pbs in each discipline.

If you want to improve in Triathlon or any of the disciplines as a stand alone sport you'd struggle to find better coaching and a better team.
