After years of dealing with Openreach, BT, TalkTalk and the rest, AlnCom is a total breath of fresh air — unbelievably good and simple customer service delivered by knowledgeable locals who know the area and understand their jobs.

Our broadband speeds are exceptional. On the rare occasion (once in 12 months) we experience a dip in speed, the technical team sort it out straight away.

I could not recommend AlnCom enough, if their service is available in your area you NEED it.

What to say about my experience with ALNCOM being older and having many years experience dealing with several broadband providers and other utility companies over the years I have to say without hesitation that my whole experience from first ringing regarding information on Alncom’s broadband supply, subscription quality and what ALNCOM offers.
Firstly very friendly courteous and no pressure from the sales team who sorted temporary broadband provider until we could be supplied by ALNCOM.
The fitters were very professional friendly and respectful of our property whilst doing the work required also clean and tidy when finished so all round excellent service from start to finish and obviously at a good price.
So pleased with the staff etc I forgot to mention the exemplary broadband speeds. No hesitation in recommending ALCOM.

I recently arranged for Alncom to install FTTP at my parents property. At every step Alncom were friendly, professional and helpful. It's now two years since Alncom installed fibre broadband to this address. On the rare occasions when there has been an outage (mostly post-storm, but on one occasion I had accidentally disconnected power to the router while stretching my legs under the desk) their tech support has been easy to reach, swift, local, polite, patient, and excellent. I hope I don't jinx anything by pointing out that the download (today: ~190 Mbps) and upload (today: ~45 Mbps) speeds have doubled since installation without fuss or fanfare, whereas the price has not (yet). I wish other telecom services were as deserving of spontaneous praise.

We had Alncon today installing new broadband, everything went as promised. The whole team were polite and pleasant but it was all held together by Ronan who organised everything nothing was too much trouble. If you are thinking of have finer broadband use them and get Ronan to oversee it. I can’t speak highly enough of them

What a fantastic service. When our puppy chewed through our new fibre optic cable we expected major problems, instead we were met with a friendly, caring receptionist who was able to arrange a technical crew to come out the same day. The team who arrived, could not have been more helpful, not only repairing the cable but also fixing an unrelated issue. Would highly recommend Alncolm.
