Nice, polite and friendly reception ladies. Saw the lovely hygienist who makes you feel relaxed, she is very friendly and understanding, the nurse was nice and professional too. Even if you are nervous they understand. Brilliant people.

I was booked in for an emergency appointment at this practice and was a little nervous beforehand but the moment I stepped in I felt completely at ease. Thank you so much to the wonderful Elise and the lovely team for being so kind and helpful during my visit. My dental issue was sorted on the day and I couldn’t have been happier. The systems have definitely improved over the last 7 years! The review below was in 2017. Also the staff taking calls now are so much friendlier and efficient. Thank you.

Dental and Hygiene services are fantastic, but getting an appointment is next to impossible solely because they don't answer their phones or their lines are always engaged. It would benefit them and their patients greatly if they could figure out an online appointment service or at a minimum do the courtesy of returning calls. I've been trying to reach them for 4 months and when you work, its just not practical. Highly annoying!!

I have been going to this dentist from a child, always extremely pleased with the service and treatment, great with my kids also.
The issue is with booking appointments and getting through to anyone is below par.
The organisation throughout the pandemic has been a shambles, with my appointments cancelled last minute on numerous and consecutive occasions.
Arranging with schools for kids to get them out to be seen and then cancelled 3 hours before is poor.
It is understood things happen, but to rebook for 2 - 3 months later for an almost identical situation to occur just highlights staffing issues or incompetence, next appointment booked, but fully expect another cancellation between now and then.
It's not what it used to be.

Very disappointed with this practice! I've registered my children with the surgery and booked an appointment back in March but then due to the great volume of work I had to reschedule it for May and i've missed an appointment due to nearly dying of Asthma and then when i got better I called the Dental surgery to apologise only to find out that my kids can no longer get place there and that I am waste of NHS money and time! I'm not a person who ignores and or miss appointments so the whole situation has been very hard on me and I no longer want to be part of the practice. Very thoughtless people work there...

I had tooth ache and called in the morning , they arranged an appointment that afternoon. Can I just thank you all for such a prompt and professional service. I am so grateful, and would like to thank Elise and her assistant for helping me with my issue and being so friendly and reassuring. Great job and thank you to you all 👍

A good dentist surgery. Have been coming here for years. Monica is amazing and I’ve been seen by Bart once when I needed an emergency appointment and he was brilliant. I have only given 4 stars and not 5 due to their decision to stop accepting credit cards
