This care company said they look after dad who was ill with alzheimer's. & also had heart failure. They misses appts when they said they had attended. the never done the cleaning to any decent standard. they missed medication. & had more than one medication error. To be honest I wouldn't trust them with a frozen chicken. We got a new care company to take over from them that put them to shame. Deffo not recommend. & your loved ones deserve better !!!

Either their late for calls or don't bother at all
A couple of times my mother has been left in bed for over 5 hours as they have had no one to cover her calls disgusting I wonder how often the CQC do their checks on this so called agency Would get better care at an Animalshelter !!!
