Amazing service from Jack.
We called to arrange the viewing of the Focus we liked. Jack reserved it for us until we came over. When we met him, he was very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable. We discussed all the options, took a test drive and we bought the car. We couldn't collect it on a day, so I said I could took a train next day. Jack offered to pick me up from the train station. He taxed my car in the morning and got everything ready before he picked me up. Jack showed us everything inside the car and even sent me an email a week later, asking if everything was OK with our new car.
World class service.

Great service by Jack! He is very knowledgeable and worked hard to arrange the deal on my new car, keeping me up to date on proceedings leading up to collection.
A date arranged, Jack came in on his day off to finalise the paperwork and took time to talk me through the features on my car.

Went for servicing exhaust filter overload. Got it done on 23/10/2024 after weeks long wait to get an appointment. Received the car back and in another week the same screen messages showing up. Next appointment managed to get after another two weeks waiting. Every-time for service check charging a decent 160 pounds even with a warranty. This cant even be a single star in my most lenient review.

When the car arrived we had some quality issues with cleanliness and minor scratches.We wasn’t happy, but the reaction from ford to resolve these was excellent. It’s not the dealers fault when the car arrives with these faults. The dealer was excellent.

Brilliant experience with Allen Ford of Coventry. My car was collected and returned promptly - and was sparkling clean (I had not expected that). Service report was clear and easy to understand. All the staff that I dealt with - from the lovely receptionist to the drivers - were polite and helpful.
