The premises are quite depressing but generally helpful staff. Bring cash. Anything less than a fiver and they ask you to buy additional stuff.

They are always very helpful, quite welcoming which is nice, never had any issues, all are usually very straight forward. At times I would make a phone first just to clarify a few things before and they're never been an issue.
