Most of comments are fake in order to improve their popularity. I felt a huge Rasism... no any evaluation at all.
I suggest a better organisation!!! How they provide any health and safety? Any opportunities for training and improvement? Nothing provided.
Management is never answering to the employer's priorities. They care only about their families business, nothing else. Customers please be very careful with their practice, they do not following the protocol and all staff should keep information confidential.

Great company as long as you do as they say. They will lie, they tell service users that staff are off sick when in fact they have asked them to work at another service user. Managers tell you a great deal of personal information about other staff and then deny it. Ring an "emergency out of hours" and you could wait 4 hours for a call back. I could go on but i must affirm, until management is changed i would avoid.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with for respite for my father. Was left without respite cover for 3 days last week and again 2 days this week. If you are looking for a care company do not go with Allcare as they are unprofessional, unreliable and the staff they send out are unhygienic and not trained to do the job they are meant to!!!! Worst company ever!!!
