Informed that no compensation available for half of the contents of a delivery cardboard box ruined by flood water in the courier's delivery van . The box was opened and disposed of on delivery but the internal packages, apparently undamaged to the naked eye, negated recompense because they were not opened until needed, which was more than 14 days after delivery. What poor service to a longstanding customer.

Service was good easy to find what i was looking for, delivery was within the time quoted.
Not so keen on the courier they didn't ring the bell to see if i was home ( yes I was ) and rather than pop parcel INSIDE the enclosed front porch they left it on the door step making it look like the house was empty

I have shopped with Allanda for several years. Excellent customer service. Good quality products. I buy Lille usually. Just wish they would update their opening times on website it says 8 but is really 9.
