Totally a scam! Didn’t receive my pcr test kit. Asked for refund, but no reply at all! After I contact my bank for chargeback. They phoned me many times with anonymous numbers. Customer service guy asked me to withdraw my case with the bank otherwise I can lose the case coz they are very EXPRIENCED with this kind of case! LOL

Ordered day 2 pcr tests for me and wife when returning from holiday which where to be delivered to our house, a week goes by and nothing shows up so we ring them and first they can't find evidence of our order then they claim we ordered the wrong tests but their own emails showed we ordered at home ones. Do not rely on this company if you need to test.

Seems like a scam outfit to me, they refuse to refund tests booked online won't tell you who is in charge, thier website has no reference to any company or individual. AVOID.
