I don’t know what I would do without my carers from Alicelyn. I have chronic osteoarthritis and psoriatic arthritis. On 25th May 2024, I had major surgery on my left hand to remove the bones that were causing so much pain with metal pins supporting my thumb. I needed support with personal care and everyday tasks.
After a visit from Christa, my carers started work. I also suffer from anxiety and depression but they immediately put me at ease and I now look forward to them coming as I feel that I want to get up! My mental health has improved.
Truly caring, very supportive and compassionate. They help with all the things I cannot do. Both hands are very weak and are not going to improve but they wash up, make my bed, chop vegetables, take off bottle tops, make sure I’ve had my meds, check I’ve eaten and never rush me! They are a Godsend to me being able to carry on.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Alicelyn.

Alicelyn Healthcare looked after my Dad in the last week of his life, they were amazing, so kind and caring, after a bad experience with other carers, we were wary, but no need!! Lynet who cared for my Dad was so lovley, she treated Dad with care and his comfort was very important to her, after he passed away, Lynet washed and made him comfortable, talking to him, which was so nice, she also gave Mum and I a big hug, l wish all carers were so considerate, l would highly recommend Alicelyn
