I have been a patient at this surgery for many years, the best GP practice! The staff are all lovely, receptionists are polite and Dr Shameem is the loveliest Doctor. Never had a bad experience with this practice

Me and my family have been part of Alexandra Medical Center for over 25years. With the medical care we have been given from this practice i cannot describe it anything else but outstanding. All the staff have allot dedication to all their patients. Would never leave for any other surgery now. Keep up the hard work guys!

This has been my GP surgery for two decades and I honestly cannot fault the surgery or my GP - Dr. Shameem. Exceptional professionalism and a welcoming environment manifested by the reception staff, the nurses and the doctors at Alexandra. Dr. Shameem genuinely cares for his patients, and the staff at the surgery are polite. Even post-covid, the surgery always work hard to give an appointment as soon as possible when booking.

They don't see a problem they just throw the first meds they think at you. no actual interaction oh here's some meds off you go your cured. Changed doctors due to the lack of care or even attention.

I started using this doctor's surgery upon moving locations 3 years ago and I must say I'm very impressed!
The receptionist are easy to speak to, especially Mr Richard Smith who is always so kind and helpful. He listens carefully to what you have to say and is very keen to help. I know he is very respected amongst other patients too.
The doctors in this practice are friendly and professional. Dr Shameem in particular is always positive and welcoming.

I have had an amazing experience whether it is to make appoint with the the doctor or nurse to see them urgently for a check up.
The receptoonists are always helpful.

Dr Shameem still remains our family GP. Dr Shameem I have known since childhood as our Family GP. An excellent Doctor who always advised us well and always thoroughly went through health checks and reviews with us. He has always listened and understood our health problems. I would like to say although I have moved city I have never been able to find a GP like Dr Shameem an excellent GP and Staff were always willing to listen and professional.

this is my second GP in this country and i find it quite good. not difficult to make appointment, the staff are nice. they did inform me to do the body check and the service is really good. they also have meetings regularly with patients though i didnt join it. overall, i think its good though i dont use the service frequently, touch wood.
