I have worked for Alcedo Care since October 2022, since starting my role at Alcedo Care I feel well settled, at home within the company, the company values are second to non and the chances for progression are brilliant, there is always chances to progress. Every branch of Alcedo Care is so friendly and welcoming. The Bury branch has welcoming, friendly and approachable staff always willing to help and offer support. I would recommend Alcedo Care to anyone looking for a career in care or looking for care for a loved one.

I have been working at Alcedo Care since the beginning of Alcedo's establishment and during this time I have received support at every step of my professional career.

I quickly raised my qualifications and I am a proud member who co-creates one of the best Care Agencies in the UK

I had the opportunity to work in seven Alcedo branches in different towns and cities and everywhere I met with professional and friendly service.
I had the opportunity to work in almost all Alcedo branches, but the branch in Bury surprised me
the most. I was met with a very nice and warm welcome and ubiquitous smiles.

At Alcedo Bury and in every other Alcedo branch, I experienced a professional and individual approach to the employee.

Smiling and happy management means smiling and happy carers and happy service users.

I brought 4 people to Alcedo and 3 of them had never worked in the care sector.
All my friends still working and each of them received individual support at the beginning of their professional career and support in every stage of development.

Alcedo pays much more than other care agencies and that's why I work because I want to, not because I have to.

I have been working for Alcedo bury now since November. I have worked in care for the best part of 20 years, through these years I have worked with many care companies.
I can honestly say Alcedo is the best company by far.
All the training is very good and and is renewed often.
I love the rota being in advanced.
Also the office is very helpful when you need them and nothing seems to be a problem for them .

The office staff and management always provide a safe and happy workspace for all carers, and are always around if you need any extra support.
