At one point this surgery was a nightmare but they have clearly put some changes in places with regards to staff. I attended last year after the loss of my mum and the receptionist was really kind and took me into a private room and gave me her time and care . I didnt catch her name but she was young.

Yesterday my husband went in to make me an appointment and within the hour they rang me and booked me a slot that same day. The doctor was amazing she listened to me and was very thorough. She referred me to the hospital and they have rang me already and i have an appointment in 10 days. The NHS have been incrediblw with me . Whatever changes albion street medical made its a good change . I felt understood and valued and i want to thank you all

the practice itself isn’t bad. when you do get an appointment they really do help but the problem is actually getting an appointment now. they do less pre bookable appointments and encourage you to get same day ones. i’ve called twice and had to go to the walk in centre the first time. all i got was “you should really call at 8 when lines open to get an appointment”. i just know half of their same day appointments are people with the common cold not actually those who need emergency appointments. i tried explaining i can’t call in at 8 as i work 6-2 and my break is at 11… also last time i did call in at 8 i was caller 21 and on the phone for over an hour and i explained i can’t get to the surgery until about 3 and they kept suggesting appointments before that time?

Excellent customer service whenever I telephone for appointments, prescriptions etc. The receptionists are so helpful. Spoke with Lesley today to change a couple of appointments and nothing was too much trouble. Top marks to everyone involved at the surgery. Thank you to you all

Since early January I have not been well for various reasons. Firstly 111 was exceptional and I got seen same day ( Saturday) after the weekend I got an appt. Straight away with a GP . Tests and examinations etc. We're carried out swiftly and thoroughly. Recently had need to contact GP again as I had chest infection . Everything done on the phone was prompt and got my medication within a few hours same day . I would like to thank all doctors and staff who have helped through this period of ill health. Too many times I read not great reviews but I can honestly say I have been treated exceptionally well . BIG THANK YOU TO ALL. Keep up the good work

Since new doctors come in, this, surgery got worse, doctor refused to see me when i calmly complained about having difficulty getting repeated prescriptions would not take my blood pressure a second time, not very welcoming or supportive, just asked me to leave so if i die my life is gone i blame this place, used Gowda surgery since birth over 50 years and now very dissapointed, They really don't care about your genuine concerns and dont listen, Feel very let down, How can they prescribe medications without doing accurate, tests? Should of asked someone to attend appointment with me, maybe i would get treated differently?Never make a appointment unless necessarily, worked most of my life, They need to carefully listen to their patients,Believe they are failing their patients, This doctor gave up too easy, UK medical doctors are the highest paid in Europe, we patients deserve better, Gps in UK should be more flexible and work at weekends

This GP it is a joke to be fair, they do not have a clue to give a diagnosis with out using Google, they will not do a referral to the specialist because they consider that you do not need when actually you have a discharge letter with the request and information that you need 2 surgery more because your health...they are a joke I do not know how they finished a university a a degree
