Thank you Alba for fixing my neck and lower back pain problem. I suffer for over than 10 years. Those pains made me can’t play football anymore, I couldn’t even play longer than 15mins. After few session of treatments provided by one of their professional Alex (a really strong and nice guy, I am 5’7 180pounds and I look so tiny in front of him ), I could play for an hour tonight! I feel that I can play again in no time. I have visited loads of doctor to help me out before but no one could fix it.

I have been in chronic pain in my lower back and legs for several years. I was unable to walk, sit, stand for any length of time and every step and movement had pain shooting throughout my body. After several attempts from dr's to help control my pain to no avail, I decided with my sister to give a chiropractor a chance as it was a last resort. This was the best decision I've ever made. Staff at Alba are so friendly and welcoming, they make you feel as part of the Alba family. They explained everything and allowed you to ask as many questions to make sure you understand the process. I have been for adjustments for just over a month and my family and staff at Alba have already seen a difference in how I hold myself and walking is getting quicker. I now have next to no pain in my lower back and legs and I have started doing things at home again, like doing the washing. I still have couple months of intense treatment to look forward to as I know my back and legs will get better and stronger. I wish I had done this years ago. Who knows I could have been pain free all this time. I highly recommend Alba and hope my experience will help others.

Just wanted to pop a quick review up saying how good Alba have been to me over the past few years. I signed up in 2018 as I was having trouble with my lower back, and after having adjustments here for a couple of months I was back in good shape.

Had a check up appointment every month since, apart from during the pandemic, and had no issues with the staff or their practices!

I have been coming to Alba for just over a year now and the difference it has made to my life has been amazing. From the moment I stepped through the door I was made to feel welcome and at ease. For the first time in years I was listened too and supported it was such a relief to be heard and for someone to understand what i was going through. I can not praise Alex and Pete enough for all their hardwork and dedication they've put into my treatment to help me over this last year, as well as a few other amazing team members who have had to put up with me 🙂. Everyone there is part of a friendly community, they recognise the good work of the team members and clients taking time to celebrate success of all involved.
They have an informative newsletter offering advice and support to help with every day living, your posture and how to improve any ailments. By continuing to have regular sessions it enables you to maintain good posture going forward.
