Highly recommend - better than any other PT I’ve been to before. The vast experience and knowledge the team have really does shine through. The fact the gym is yours means you can complete your planned session every time without having to wait for equipment to become available like you do in other gyms. Ben and Brandon explain technique and the reason behind the movement in-depth and clearly, this has meant I’m able to maximise my workouts. For me the biggest reassurance is their ability to understand and put together a programme that is considerate of pre-existing injuries. Thank you, it’s really appreciated as someone lacking mainstream gym confidence

I have been training with both Alex and Jack for over a year now and they have really helped me to achieve my fitness goals. I feel so much stronger in myself and have always felt stepping into other gyms is quite daunting but as soon as you step foot into the doors of AJWellness you instantly feel welcome.
