Been with this surgery since 2022, had nothing but issues with a particular doctor who massively failed my disabled child.

I’ve since left the practice due to a rude receptionist who thinks it acceptable to talk to patients like rubbish. But then makes our your the aggressor and she’s the victim,

Tried to resolve this issue with the practice manager Fleur who has refused to speak with me to hear my version of events. She’s listened to the receptionist and taken her word for gospel.

I have video evidence of the incident to which I’m not swearing or aggressive.

Fleur has refused to deal with this complaint as I’ve now left the practice due to this member of staffs behaviour. Accused me of being the issue without hearing my evidence.

I’m now taking this complaint further through PALS and the integrated care board.

Would not recommended this practice rude staff members and practice manager refuses to assist in complaint. Can’t ever get an appointment unless it’s for months in advance.

Don’t expect to be taken seriously as a female at this practice. I booked an appointment with them back in 2020 after extremely painful periods and being on the phone to 111 with severe pain. I expressed to a male GP that after doing some research I think we should explore the possibility of Endometriosis. The male GP literally laughed at me and said there is no chance. Fast forward to now, I have just had a diagnostic laparoscopy and confirmed endometriosis diagnosis with endo fusing my uterus and my bowel together as well as 2 ovarian cysts. If I had been taken seriously those years ago, we could have intercepted before the cysts developed and the endo advanced. Instead, I went through a further 4 years of pain and surgery due to the negligence of this doctor.

Absolutely shocking. They ignore requests put through on line. If I have ever called regarding mental health I’ve been told to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. The receptionists are very rude and unhelpful, they also have conversations with the windows open so the whole surgery hear name s and addresses . The doctors agree to do things and then don’t record it so it’s like it’s never happened. I have never once had a good experience here.

The way they have treat my partner is unbelievable. In 36 years I've never experienced such an incompetent practice over so many areas. One of the doctors even laughed at her over the phone, hours on the phone waiting, double booked her appointment then couldn't rearrange for a week. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely shocking doctors

Cant really get an appointment but when you do you waiting ages after your appointment time.

You phone up and on hold for 50 mins to even speak to someone. This is disgusting.

I think the practice is AMAZING there policy on seeing children the same day is so reassuring and i have never had a problem getting an appointment. Called today and even though there was a 10 min wait to get through the receptionist was warm and helpful.

E-reception is absolutely useless.
Also normal reception isn't much better. Can't order repeat prescriptions over the phone or on e-reception due to an error. And no one can help over the phone.
Don't seem to care that people are going without their prescribed medications
