Cannot fault this GP surgery. Very quick service to collect prescriptions and I’ve always been able to get appointments as needed for my young daughter as well as myself or my elderly mum.

I’ve seen Dr Khalid a few times lately and she’s got the best, kindest and most compassionate manner. She always makes time for her patients to explain everything fully and is so patient! Always a pleasure to see her.

Dr Bates has been instrumental in my mum’s recovery.

BIG thank you to both Dr Khalid and Dr Bates.

I really like the new online system for requesting appointments and prescriptions.

The online appointment system is very quick and reliable, you will get the response. The Doctors and Staff are reliable.

I miss Dr Nanavati,Dr Waldman, Dr Gallagher,Dr Maw and Jane the Snr Nurse who use to work at this Surgery.

The system should come back where the appointment time and Dr are Available on app.
I have been in this Practice as a patient for 28 years

The receptionist should have a name tags including Admin staff if you have any complaints or problems

I have been a patient at the surgery for over 23 years. all the staff are fantastic. Dr Ghauri is a fabulous Doctor and so are all the other doctors and nurses at the practice. Please note the phone lines do get busy. but please dont take your frustration out on the staff. They are all there for us..

I am with this surgery for 27 years but surgery best and friendly doctors, nurses and all staff. The doctors is very supportive for any matter doesn't matter if is your health or family matter, they do best for patient support me and all my family very happy and I say a very big thank you to everyone. Always give me big support.

If it's more than 5 star I give to all of them, sometimes if you are not happy with one of the doctors, but other doctors solve the problem as soon as possible and apologise in my point of view is best doctors, I'm so happy with this surgery. The best surgery. I have been with this surgery for well over 20 years. Never had any bad experience, all my appointments are pretty much in 1 or 2 days. Dr ghauri and dr maw by far the bwst doctors ever. The whole service for this surgery is spot on.

Shocking how long it takes to get through on the phone lines. 5 times iv waited nearly 50mins and had to give up. Can't get any info off the patient access as the GP has to authorise it. Iv had blood tests and can't even find out what they were for, no communication at all.

Ok I wrote a message you don't reply even though you replied to someone literally aweek ago I have screenshot it instead you hid from the public definitely medical negligence against you if you heard what the pharmacist said about taking my medication you practice will get shut down must be gp misconduct or something
