Booked a blood test . Took the day off work . Got there only to be told the appointment had been cancelled. Then instead of refunding me the £150 they took another £150 by mistake. So they now owed me £300 which can take up to 5 working days to get back . Absolutely no apology and the lady I dealt with was extremely rude. Do not waste your time with these imbeciles.

Went for a fit to fly PCR test. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. They took special care to get my flight credentials correct and had my test result to me within less than a day. They guarantee to get your result the next day (even over weekends). Overall good service, I would recommend.

Used them for a fit to fly certificate to head back to USA. Booked test very easily online, was all finished within 10 minutes of my appointment start time. Results back the very same day. About to book them for a Day 2 test as have seen they are on the official government list. Provider I used previously was via post and took over a week to get the results(!) Definitely use these guys if you are in Oxford - you won't go wrong.

We had antigen tests done to be able to go home from the UK. Very friendly member of staff. All very efficiently done and not long to wait. We were given printed copies of the certificate as well as being sent PDFs via email. Whilst we parked a few minutes away, there is in fact some parking spaces available outside the clinic.

Faheem took excellent care of my mother who was visiting me from abroad. He went above and beyond, even calling days later to see how she was making out with her treatment. We visited for Antigen tests before travel. Fantastic service, so helpful and welcoming, chatting to our little boy that we had to bring along. The whole process was very fast and we got the results through quickly.

Clinician (Faheem Ahmed) was a bit rude. Disengaged and started watching his television programme before I had walked out the door. Beforehand, I had asked to receive a printed invoice as I had received this on my first visit. This was now too difficult apparently (different clinician) and I should refer to my statement, or he could send a screenshot. He never did. And when I asked to send the receipt to a second e-mail address this was 'making more work for him'. The service is fine, and this isn't a hospitality venue, but please remember that some courtesy to paying customers is appreciated.

We visited the pharmacy with my godmother who is visiting from the US, to discuss a possible infection as a result of an insect bite. The pharmacist was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, took the time to ask appropriate questions and consult numerous text books, and even contacted a dermatologist to double-check the diagnosis. Very impressed and grateful for such excellent service.
